Cement Manufacturers' Association of the Philippines (CeMAP) is the Philippines’ national association to help make the cement industry a growing and competitive model for investment and partner in nation building. CeMAP aims to get in-depth understanding of domestic cement price of major local cement brands. As the price of cement is not regularly updated or published, surveys were required to get insight and quotations from manufacturers. CeMAP hired FiinResearch to conduct the market research to support their demand on this market.

Solution:

FiinGroup made surveys covered 20 cement distributors (5 distributors per province) to get the quotation for bagged cement of all brands that were available from each distributors.

Results:

FiinResearch provided survey result on SRP of bagged cement in Vietnam. In summary, we completed the survey at 21 cement distributors in 4 provinces and did actual purchase for all 10 cement manufacturers/brands as agreed with CeMAP.
